Case study · Teacher Training
Stillpoint's 23rd 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification cohort. Fourteen students graduated in June 2026 - twelve are now teaching, six of them at Stillpoint.
What this was
Spring 2026's cohort met every other weekend from January through June: Friday evenings 5–8 PM, Saturdays 8 AM–6 PM, Sundays 10 AM–4 PM. The training covered the Yoga Alliance RYS-200 standard curriculum - anatomy and physiology, history and philosophy, alignment, sequencing, teaching methodology, ethics, and 30 hours of practicum - plus Stillpoint's signature add-ons: a four-hour restorative deep-dive with Maren, an eight-hour pranayama immersion with Aria, and a Saturday-night silent dinner that's quietly become the most-talked-about part of the program.

An alumni voice
I had a corporate job and was burned out before I started. By the time we finished module 3 on pranayama I knew I'd be teaching. The training was the best money I've ever spent on myself - and I tell every cohort applicant the same thing.
