Case study · Series
A six-Friday series for couples - partner-assisted poses, a structured wind-down, and a Friday-night dinner together. We run it twice a year and it routinely sells out.
What this was
Couples Yoga + Date Night is a six-Friday evening series. Each Friday is structured: 6 PM partner-assisted warm-up, 6:30 PM the practice (a flow built around contact and balance - partner forward folds, supported backbends, partner-balanced standing poses), 7:30 PM a guided pranayama, and 8 PM a sit-down dinner of seasonal grain bowls, salad, and tea. The series is designed for couples at any experience level - one partner can be brand-new to yoga and the other a regular. We cap each cohort at eight couples so the room stays intimate.

Co-instructors · RYT 500 each
Theo brings the alignment and partner-pose vocabulary; Aria leads the pranayama and the dinner ritual. They've co-taught the Couples series since 2023 and the pairing has, in their words, 'genuinely changed how we both teach.'

An alumni voice
We did the series for the dinners and stayed for the practice. The partner forward folds in week 2 honestly opened up a conversation we'd been avoiding for a year. Best $295 we've spent as a couple.
